Orders typically require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and fulfillment requirements.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard domestic shipping typically takes approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Shipping availability is determined by your delivery destination and the products in your order.

Tracking Your Order

Returns & Exchanges

Because V5 Nutrition specializes in nutritional supplements and consumable wellness products, we propose the following return policy to help protect product safety and integrity:

Returns for change of mind are generally not accepted once an order has shipped.
Opened or used supplements cannot be returned.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products may qualify for a replacement or refund.
Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Email contact@v5nutrition.com with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photographs of the affected product and packaging.

We'll review your request and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please review your tracking information and check with your carrier.

If your package appears lost, contact contact@v5nutrition.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We'll investigate the situation and help determine the appropriate next steps.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible.

If you need to cancel an order or correct your shipping address, contact us immediately.

Once an order enters fulfillment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

After a refund is issued, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
